Fifty volunteers, shovels, brooms and an hour!

Wow! Thank you to everyone who helped this morning. We were all so impressed by the number and the spirit of volunteers who showed up on a Sunday morning to clear a snow-filled school. "Many hands" and all that! By noon, the front gate, turning circle, car park, a path to the back gate, all paths around the school, and the steps to the library and suite were all cleared!

Anyone present will testify to the genuine team spirit and lovely community atmosphere. A huge thank you to the parents, governors and staff who answered the call and mucked in to help us return to normal tomorrow. We've all earned a good lunch!
